  • I exercise first thing in the AM and find it easier to just drink water/ falvored seltzer b4 and during the workout. No eating prior at all.
  • You can try veggeti made from zucchini and carrots. I sautee garlic and onion in olive oil, add the vegetti and then some Lidia's pasta sauce. Very spaghetti like and super satisfying.
  • I believe celery is the only food that you use more calories to digest than get.
  • Use flavored rums and flavored seltzers for interesting combos like mango vodka with cranberry lime seltzer or lemon vodka (citron) with blueberry flavored seltzer. You get the idea

  • Tabachnik soups. Individual servings in frozen bags. Take out of freezer in the AM, take to work, microwave. I like to add about 3 oz. of boiling water to thin it out a bit. Enjoy!
  • Thin, lightly salted, rice cakes. Use them instead of bread. I also think carbs from fruits/legumes/veggies are ok in moderation.
