The best/most annoying feeling in the world is when your pants are too loose. Lol! Nice NSV!

I got discouraged because the scale seems to have stopped moving, so I took out my measuring tape. Some small losses here and there, but I have lost 1.5 in. from my waist in 3 1/2 weeks!
-
Good job everybody! Small victories add up and before we know it, we'll be hitting our goals!
-
Don't feel embarrassed! I am here losing for a second time also! Feel free to add me as a friend.

The servers around here just place it on the end of the table.

I have 4 kids, and from the time they can form sentences until they get to that age where they can understand the old, "If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all" mantra, you really need thick skin. Who am I kidding? You need thick skin to raise kids at any age! I'm glad you're back, OP. I'd like to add you…

What was "not nice" about that?
-
I still have lots more in there that don't fit, but that just gives me more to work toward.
-
I added my info! I'm actually looking forward to the next weigh-in! I like to see my own progress and everyone else's too.

Over the past few days, I have been pulling clothes out of my "I'm saving these for when I lose weight" box and actually fitting into them! I am sitting here wearing a skirt out of that box as I type this.

Current weight: 135.2 Goal weight: 120 August goal: 129 My goals for August are to work on running 5K without stopping for a walk break! And to continue my logging streak. I always do much better when I log religously. I also want to say how great it is to see other people with aimilar stats as mine! I normally gets looks…

Add me as a friend and I'll do my best to help you out. I also had to start over. I was a about 10 pounds away from my goal weight when I got derailed by surgeries. I gained most of what I lost back. Now I am once again back down to 10 away from goal. You can do this!

Riding a bicycle gets my heart rate up better than walking. Both will be good for your health, though. Moving is what matters! That, and staying in a calorie deficit. ;)
-
I can offer plenty of support and motivation. Add me! I had to overcome an emotional/stress eating habit, as well. It CAN be done!
-
Me! Add me as a friend if you want.

I would love to be in! The last time I did really well was when I was part of an inch-loss group. That accountability just seems to help me somehow. I'm almost halfway to my goal already, but I'm still game. :)

1300 calories is great! For me.....a 5'2" female who is lightly active and eats back the majority of her exercise calories. Don't try to starve yourself to lose weight, because it certainly isn't neccessary.

Welcome to MFP! Add me as a friend if you'd like!

I had a chiropractor/kinesiologist tell me I had adrenal insufficiency, which I'm guessing is another name for adrenal fatigue. Upon going to my doctor for bloodwork, the only abnormal thing he found was a low vitamin D level. To make this a short reply, though, I do believe it's a thing! Like you stated, we are not…

They definitely count! But I quickly found that the majority of my calories were coming from hig carb foods. Once I cut those out, I am actually having to make up some calories at the end of the day.
-
I am doing low carb. Add me!

I'm 30, as well. Add me if you'd like!

Welcome! If you need a friend, add me!

I was an on again/off again type, too. Now I can run a 5K, but still have to take a few walk breaks. My goal is to run the whole thing without stopping! Add me as a friend if you'd like. I'd be glad to give you a virtual kick in the rear if you need it.

I'm on LCHF. I dropped 5 pounds of water weight within the first 5 days on it. You can add me as a friend, if you'd like!

Add me! I have 4 kiddos ages 4-9.

Whatever is cheapest and fits!

Mommy of 4 here! Add me!

Check your scale and keep using the one you can always get to at the same time every time you weigh. I normally weigh more at the doctor's office because I'm fully clothed and have consumed food and/or drink. What's most important is getting a clear picture of how the weight is dropping.
