I agree. I think most of the exercise are calculated too high. I usually subtract a few calories just to be safe.

That's only about 155 calories per hour which is reasonable. It depends on how active your fishing was. But if it seems too high then only log half of that to be safe.

I'm an apple too. I carry all weight in my belly and boobs. I can't wait to have an actual waistline.

I'm no expert but I'm thinking you would lose fat but some of the excess might remain.

I never hit my calorie goal exactly. I'm always a few calories over or under. I think it's okay to have an evening snack as long as it's low in calories like a piece of fruit or something small.

I'm actually hoping for some boob loss of at least a cup size. But I wonder if a collagen cream to tight the skin might help them look a little firmer.

I'm in the U.S. so I have no idea what 12 stone is equal to in pounds. But in that moment I would have pissed. I don't think I would have been able to compose myself as well as you did...But my moment was when I saw myself in some really unflattering picture. That's when I said enough is enough.

Right! I asked a similar question yesterday. I tried googling the calories burned but it gave me a ridiculous number so I still have no idea how many calories I burned. Lol

Whenever I need motivation. I lift my shirt up and look at my stomach in the mirror. It's kind of gross. I tell myself if I stay focused then one day my stomach won't be gross anymore lol.

I'm check the video out. I recently bought I kettlebell so this will give me a reason to use it.

I'm 5'6. My current weight 178. My goal weight is between 150-160. I like being on the thicker side and so does my husband so I don't want to lose too much. I'm trying to stick to 1200 calorie diet which is not working because I always go over my calories and I do cardio twice a week.

I have a 3 and 4 year old so I know how tough working out is. Maybe go for a walk with the kids in a stroller or when they nap you do like 20 minute workout. They have awesome works on youtube. Look up HIIT

I saw myself in a picture and I looked 5 months pregnant. That's when I knew it was time for a change.

I'm no expert but you can't spot reduce. You can lose body fat through diet and exercise and hope that most of it comes from your boobs. Sorry hope that helps.

I guess I'm exercising to tone up and speed up the weightloss process. I also agree there are good workouts on youtube. Maybe I'll try some yoga.
