Personally I would just up my activity level from seditary to lightly active and not log informal activities as exercise.

I've only average 1 lb a week. So three pounds my first 21 days. I stuck to my calorie deficit and started being more active. I persevered because I wasn't happy with my body.

Overall my relationship is solid. But my dh isn't supportive which kind of frustrates me because he needs to lose more weight than I do. I try to be patient with him and lead by example with diet and exercise. But I do worry that my new healthier lifestyle may cause conflict in the future.

Maybe a collagen cream? I don't know how effective they are but I've heard of laser treatments to help tighten skin. Maybe ask a cosmetic dermatologist.

Are u retaining water? Are u constipated (tmi)? There are many factors to take into consideration. Don't get discouraged.

I wouldn't be offended. It's hard to notice weightloss when you see a person everyday. As long as you feel good he'll notice your confidence which is way sexier.

I keep saying I'm going to give up liquor but then I relapse. So I'm going to start exercising more and figure out a way to work it into my calories.

Hmm that's odd you lost so much weight and your size didn't go down. Do you feel bloated? Just keep doing what your doing. 55lbs is a lot and will make a difference in your body when you lose it.

I partially agree. When I enter my weight alone in a bmi calculator it tells me my bmi is 42%. When I enter my measurements in a bmi calculator it tells me my bmi is 28%. That's a huge difference! I don't weigh myself as often as I use to because I do get discouraged when the numbers don't move. However I need to weigh…

7 1/2 pounds is great but give it more time. Depending on how much you need to lose, your body shape, etc it will likely take several more pounds before you see a noticeable difference.

Leg lifts, bridges, flutter kicks. If you Google glute exercises a bunch will come up.

Maybe increase your protein and decrease your carb intake.
