I've decided to do the kettlebell challenge of 300 swings per day. I did my 300 swings but I have no idea how to log it or what my calorie burn was. It took me about 30 min with several breaks in between. Any suggestions how to log it ?
Hi all I'm 26 years old. I work full time. I go to graduate school at night and I have a 3 and 4 year old. I really struggle finding time to exercise. I was wondering what other moms or busy people are doing to keep up with their exercise routine. I would like to lose 20lbs.
