I've decided to do the kettlebell challenge of 300 swings per day. I did my 300 swings but I have no idea how to log it or what my calorie burn was. It took me about 30 min with several breaks in between. Any suggestions how to log it ?

Wow thats a lot of kb swings ! I do kb regularly ( i don't do any challenges and have no idea why or what this 300swings per day thing is ) i just do a regular 30min routine, not just swinging. i just log it as calisthenics . Disclaimer~ i dont eat back my exercise calories so it really makes no difference for me as to what i log my kb routine as ) so this info may not be any help to you.0
