I was in your spot about 4 years ago. I did not start losing the weight until about a year ago. focus on your baby and getting sleep. The weight loss will come.

Hey Arielle...I have done insanity in the past, it's a hardcore workout...I could barely make it through the warm-up...but I did lose weight while doing it. Don't push yourself...do what you can do. It took me a few weeks to get through the 1st DVD...But I did see results.

I also left WW. My job offered it free to employees for a year. I tried it for a month and I could not get into it, so I'm back on MFP. I do attend the WW meetings at work for tips and accountability but I track on MFP.

I walk on my lunch breaks and any free time I have during the work day. I don't have the type of job where I have to stay glued to my desk. Like most mom's I don't have time after work or in the morning.

Hi... at one point I was doing WW but I stopped because it was to strict for me lol...I was eating up all those 30 points by lunch and when I added up the calories it was only equally about 700-800 calories!! I don't have before and after pictures yet....but I lost 16lb counting calories and walking on my lunch breaks. I've had a ton of set backs....days where I binge and days/weeks where I don't log....but I have not given up and I'm holding on to my 16lb loss. sw 184... cw 168

My job offered WW free for the year to all employee's. I tried it for 4 weeks and I hated it!!!! I did not like the point system. There were days I would use all my points but only ate about 700-800 calories. Back on MFP so far I have lost 16lb with MFP.

I would focus on eating healthy like other have said .... are you able to walk on your lunch break??? that has helped me a lot.
