I also am not a huge salad fan and picky veggies eater. I do a lot of soups instead. I like butternut squash soup, pumpkin soup, and I just made a new cauliflower and potato soup. I can even do kale now, although I do it in soups and bake it so it's crunchy like chips.

I almost never can do a workout after work. it just doesn't work for me unless I have a really fun class or great friend waiting for me. Do you think you could be trying to change too much at one time? It might be easier to to just stick to 1 healthy behavior a time, then once it becomes easy for you (habitual, and you almost never even think about it) add another. for instance maybe just focus on logging and staying under a reasonable calorie goal…

Another idea is reward yourself for developing healthy habits in the long term. for instance whenever I reach another 50 days of logging on MFP I reward myself with a book, clothing, or buy myself some flowers.
