That's my theory also. I have had vision loss from a migraine and I use caffeine to decrease the frequency of migraines.

I looked it up right after I saw it. Great abstract
-
This would give food babe nightmares, lol
-
Wow never imagined there would ever have been carbonated butter but now I have to google what the supposed benefits were.
-
I read it, great thread. Good luck

Where do I sign up! Lol
-
So how are you doing currently?

Whatever it is the scaremongering "diet experts" are currently demonizing. It makes sense to me that if you go low carb and low sodium you you would get the keto flu but the people who promote the fad diets will say it's detoxing or withdrawal.
-
This makes so much sense and they say it's your body going through withdrawal from the bad scary stuff in food.

Make small changes. If you make dramatic changes it will be more difficult to continue but if you make small changes it won't be as difficult. Maybe for a week you don't worry about anything but logging, log everything you eat even if it is over your goal. I don't need motivation because when I was ready to lose the weight…

This was my suggestion also. Enjoy knitting and remember it doesn't have to be perfect and you will get better with time.
-
Me to, I love bacon
-
I could give you some horror stories, I have binged on many vegetables.

It took me a while to find a good general practitioner and even longer to find a good neurologist. I'm sorry you had such a bad experience and I'm glad you are improving.
-
This. If my doctor's weight loss plan is diarrhea that's a *kitten* plan.
-
It was mostly trying to get the stride length correct. I walk with a slight limp on my right side so it takes time to get it accurate. It's important to get stride length accurate if you don't you get bad information(garbage in, garbage out).

I have the vívosmart HR and love it. It took almost a month to get it calibrated to me personally so it was as accurate as possible. I have used it in the pool and had no trouble. It can be set in 4 activity modes run, walk, cardio, and other. I like the hr function and with me it reads close to what the doctor gets when…

Wouldn't more fat just give you diarrhea?

I eleaborated on your statement it wasn't meant as anything negative. Good luck with your goals

Some people might view the "worked hard" statement as it being a reward for working hard.
-
I don't see it as a reward I see it as needed to fuel my body. Properly fueling my body is not a treat or reward it's what is healthy.
-
You get them because you need them because you worked hard.
-
This made me laugh. A relative asked why I was losing weight and this is what I told them.

One of my sisters has a scar on her hand from when we were kids and she tried to take the last peice of cheesecake, my other sister stabbed her with a fork.
-
When I ate the mac and cheese I would add a can of chicken and a vegetable and it's a meal, so yummy

As a 4'11" woman I support this. My activity varies daily and my activity is set to sedentary but because of activity I need an extra 200 to 800 calories a day and if I don't eat those calories I feel weak and can't preform activities properly.
-
If I weighed it I'm eating it, no I don't share. I have never been big on sharing if I offer someone some of my food people are shocked.
-
This seems like common sense but I won't admit how long it took me to think of this
-
I use the recipe builder. I add the ingredients in and then way the final product to determine serving size, I usually set it as 1 serving is 1 gram.
-
I do this also consume most of my calories at, last night the last thing I had was cottage cheese and Doritos(230cals, 14g protein) and I dont usually eat again until 11 or 12.
