Please be kind to yourself. I'm 4'11" and lose weight eating 1400 calories, on an average day I eat between 1600 and 2000 calories a day. You are eating less than a 4'11" 120lbs woman that is losing weight think about that.

I get hungry before bed and if I don't eat I wake up in the middle of the night and cant sleep. I plan to eat before bed everynight and have calories set aside for this.

I don't think people consider this when they do a detox and it's an important issue to bring up.

If I add exerise separate from my garmin count I put the time and duration and mfp and garmin adjust the calorie count.

Kroger has a jammed birthday bash ice cream that I love.

I drink 2 or 3 a day to help reduce migraines. It has almost as much caffeine as a mountain dew kickstart.

One of the lovely ladies in my office(when I worked in an office) used it and had to leave work multiple times because of "personal accidents". I told her to keep the sweat pants I loaned her from my bag. If you want to try it go for it, I love alli stories.

I have my garmin connected so I eat back all of my exercise calories and I still lose weight at the expected rate

If you are concerned get bloodwork done to determine what you are lacking. No one online can tell you what you are missing.

Eat ypur daily calories like you normally would. Don't punish yourself, you ate over your calories by at most 500, relax. Have you looked at your weekly calories, are you under for the week?

I'm 4'11" and I look and feel my best between 120 and 125. There is an 8 inch difference between us but I doubt you look sickly and I know I don't look overweight even with 125lbs being near the top of my healthy bmi.

I've never used oil to cook ground turkey either and used ro make it almost daily. Ground chicken works the same way. OP this is one of those times when it is best guess. Good luck and you are doing really good

An eating disorder is a serious problem for anyone who suffers from it. I'm not being weird I'm telling you if you have BED disorder as you said you do you need to get help. If you don't have an eating disorder please stop saying you do.
