I'm 4'11" and eat between 1800 and 2000 calories a day.

A scoop of my protein powder weighs betweeb 20 and 30 grams but is supposed to be 25 grams. They try to be as accurate as possible but there will not be the same weight everytime. The amount a package hold can be 20% over what is listed.

I would agree with others and recommend a GI specialist. I had this happen and the GI specialist found that I had adhesions on my intestines and bowels causing the problem.

Weight fluctuates constantly. One week is not enough time to see a difference. What you eat one day does not effect your weight the next day.

I have several varieties of plain oatmeal at home because my 5 year old loves it and her favorite breakfast is a boiled egg and oatmeal with raisins and honey. It's her "old lady" breakfast.

Great job losing 60lbs! Relax and have faith that if you do things correctly (including seeing a doctor if medical problems are suspected) the weight will come off.

I ate a banana yesterday that was 140 calories. Tortillas, I switched tortillas for bread years ago because "wraps are better for dieting and bread is bad" then found out that the tortillas were 20 cals higher than the bread Milk, I didn't think milk would be 120 calories

This is great advice. Keep it simple to start. Mfp goves you a calorie goal and you should try to get as close to that goal daily, you don't have to be perfect.

I'm 4' 11", 123lbs and my sedentary maintenance is 1500 calories. You should check your numbers and make sure you are putting everything in correctly. Your maintenance is unlikely to be 1200. Is 1200 the number MFP gave you as a goal?
