Welcome to myfitnesspal. Ive done this once before and lost around 80lbs. Between a child, separation, stopped weight lifting and the meds from pregnancy I gained it all back. Here again to start fresh and work past the previous accomplishment. I try to eat healthier and weight lift but I'm not perfect. If you want support…

This is what I want to achieve. Always good to know it's possible and other women have achieved it

That it doesn't take away any of the negative emotions from personal things that are happening (example bad relationship, death in the family, or work issues) but it does give you an outlet to let go of things and become happier with yourself.

How excited you get about every little accomplishment

@bethanie0825 I can only imagine! But on the bright side imagine the freedom youre gonna feel being home in the evenings and sleeping a "normal" schedule where you can run errands and do stuff you want on your days off and it wont feel odd or exhausting. I hope you love it. @Geeky_and_Cheeky Did you get your workout in?…

Let me rephrase because that probably sounded like a really dumb question, does the dog need surgery to remove the blockage or will waiting for their regular vet and doing something else possibly remove the blockage? Will the dog be safe and make it if they're waiting instead of having it removed now. Can it cause more…

Hm does the store sell miracle or money trees? Lol. Seriously though, I'm not a vet so will you explain to me what can happen to the dog?

That's a great way to work around it and keep everyone working together. You're absolutely right, better to have people consistently learning and retaining material rather than panicking about a huge exam and failing after so much hard work or not participating all semester then cramming just to pass.

Interesting. How did admin expect you to grade?

Yeah but in all fairness he may have had toilet paper students too. Its my personal issues at home causing the late assignments but his negligence and lack of concern causing the other issues. So I'm just going to do my best to keep working hard and push through. What all do you teach?
-
That's awful! I'm sorry to hear that happened. @sufferlandrian He's the type that gave me a zero on 2 assignments I did and he said he couldn't see them so I needed to send proof. I sent multiple screenshots and he claimed they were too big or unreadable that id just have to take the zero since those assignments "aren't…

Well guys, with everything going on at home, I missed a Spanish Test. It was available for late submission.....So I just finished it and got a 97%. The messed up part? Getting a zero anyway. I get not allowing late submissions....but remove the assignment if you're going to take away the opportunity. It was my own fault.…

@DeviatedNorm I love your dress and I saw your transformation in another thread. Awesome

@lilaclovebird I love your ferret's names. And while I'm sad to hear it may be coming to the end of a great run for Acacia and that Carmella might be alone for a while I agree with you on not letting an animal suffer. I sincerely hope it's not quite time and that ya'll get to share some more fun memories. As for the bunny…

So I just finished catching up on ya'lls posts! Bethanie I'm sorry you had to miss your vacation hun. I bet that cocktail dress looks banging. Save it for a special date night maybe? Suffer, (at some point I either missed your first name to call you by or haven't asked so if you don't mind, may I please know your first…

I hope they do. I have a toddler and an infant so my toddler is constantly asking me not to leave for work. Makes me sad. And sadly I still have to deal with the ex because he'll be watching them the nights I work until a dayshift opens here for me. (Aka at least a few years from what I've been told) I'm glad youre over…

omg you go girl! That's awesome

Not sure if anyone suggested it or not, but protein powder shake or variation of one. No meat, but plenty of protein. You can get low carbs by doing small add ins. For instance instead of water use light vanilla almond milk, fat free or 1% milk, if you get vanilla powder you can add in fruits for flavor. The options are…

@TonyB0588 I cant speak for them but I work 12hr shifts as an emergency responder. So I'm usually eating 2 or 3 of my main meals (plus snacks) at work. Id rather have fresh food at my house too but sometimes that 15min of sleep or 15min with the kids is a much preferred option. :) That being said, I try to prep my food at…

@sufferlandrian That's cute. But that's why she's all sweet for you lol. I get to be the bad and good guy constantly. And yes it is difficult. He was a great guy. But after I had my daughter I hit some post partum depression along with not being able to breast feed adequately. I was suffering emotionally and I don't think…

Back again after a year and a half off workouts, tons of sweets and bad habits, and a pregnancy. Suffice to say Im 70lbs higher than when I left. I missed you guys and I'm sorry for MIA. But my daughter is healthy and amazingly happy. Shes gorgeous. My son is 3 now and lemme tell you....those tantrums test my limits some…

Might sound very odd but homemade chicken nuggets with salsa if he likes Mexican. Chicken breast (or thigh) cut up into chicken nugget style pieces. Use egg white to paste. Then either homemade bread crumbs or pre-made. Add enchilada or taco seasoning (just a dash to each) and either bake with the salsa on top or use as…

Hey I've yo'yo'ed several times. My most recent was a year and a half ago I went from around 250 to 201 but then I got pregnant and in a bad car wreck. Stopped weight lifting and could pretty much only hold down sweets during the pregnancy. After pregnancy I continued poor eating. Im 4 months post partum and Im at 275lbs…
