I guarantee if you even try to fit in 30 min of exercise each night right before you go to bed or right after you wake up in the morning your energy level will definitely improve. You just have to have the mind set of wanting to do it. Believe me I try to talk myself out of going to to gym each time I go but I know how ill…

Your tired because of not getting that exercise time in. I used to work out at home too. I did Leslie Sansone's waking dvd's. They are fairly cheap if you look at walmart (im not sure what stores are near you) and they also have them on Amazon. They come in 1 to five mile increments that I have seen. and it is literally…

haha well I do or have none of the above. So I guess I'm good. :)

You definitely don't want to eat 600 calories in one sitting late at night because your metabolism rate actually slows down later at night because your less active. It is also can be hard to digest properly that amount of food if your going to bed right after.

Try to incorporate more snacks in there. You don't necessarily have to have fruit all the time due to it being high in sugar levels. You can use nuts which it does say high in fat but depending on which type of nut you choose; it can be healthy fats. All natural peanut butter is good too.

That is not a healthy amount. That is almost to the point of starvation. Only eating that may calories also lowers your metabolism

You know Im quite a bit older than you and I have never suffered a miscarriage but I have struggled with depression throughout my life. I work 40 to 60 hours a week and my kids are older. I work early in the morning so I go to the gym in the evening. Even if its just an 45 min to an hour a few days a week at least that is…

haha couch with pedals.. never heard it referred to as that but yah now that I think about it that's basically what it is. I do more treadmill than I do bike. The only reason I chose that bike is because I have scoliosis and the other bikes make me feel like by spine is going to rip in two.

I definitely don't want to a mass of bulging muscles. I just want to be toned.

Thankyou very much ! :)

and there is no such thing as dumb question. :)

I do. It took me some time to find it on the phone app. When you hit strength training on the phone app it doesn't show a calorie burn for me. I know those are not always accurate. But if you go into Cardio and search strength training its in there.

. I have before when I ate later at night. Also when I have drastically changed my diet I would experience weird dreams. Not necessarily bad just weird. I don't know if it is related but it could be.

from reading your profile, looks you have 19 lbs to go. Sometimes those can be the hardest. What is your diet like and your work out routine.
-
If you lost 25lb, you are on your way. :) great job!
-
I requested you as well. :)

I ate a pretty good easter dinner. I was still able to stay under my calorie allotment. I don't know how, I feel like a ate like a horse. :)
-
Most definitely thank you. :)
-
I am going to have to try that apple cinnamon with peanut butter. :)
-
I just requested you.
-
I hope I am replying correctly. Thank you. That gave me everything I needed. :)

Eating once a day is not an option, thank you for the advise. But that is also very dangerous. IT can cause binge eating and also lowers blood sugar levels causing all sorts of problems.
-
I do exercise. About 3 times a week with cardio and core.
-
I just started back up today but today. But for breakfast I had a 1 egg and 2 egg white omelet and apple. Lunch lean roast beef sandwhich with light mayo and celery with peanut butter for my 3 pm or around there I will eat a yogurt.
-
Yah Im not big on eating once a day. That doesn't sound like its all together healthy. I do agree that it maybe a habit at this point.
-
I drink so much water I feel like I drown. :) but it sounds like more protein maybe the answer. If I have pasta for dinner (which I normally eat whole wheat pasta) would that tend to make someone hungry a short time later?
-
Thank you. Ill try that.
