I think my intensity is somewhere in between. I couldn’t have a full seamless conversation, but I’m not struggling to breathe. I’ll try pulling back a bit when I go on my run this evening and see if that helps! Perhaps I just don’t fit the formula either. :)

Great point, if I never physically saw the numbers I would have no concerns at all.
-
Thanks for the insight!!

Good job, keep going!

I use a wrist watch, I’ve used machines at the gym and I’ve checked myself. It always runs very high with little effort
-
I have used more than one device to measure and I’ve also checked it myself

Thanks for your opinion, but I also said that my medicine has something to do with it. So it's not necessarily the food making me feel full.
-
I did, I realized I left out a huge component. I'll try these!

I realize this, but thank you. She is in very good health, I stated somewhere that her pediatrician is very happy with her growth and health. She thankfully isn't deprived of anything she needs
-
Awesome. Food scale. Adjust my diet. Pretty simple and will do, thanks everyone. I do think this is medicine related and this is actually a new issue with me. I haven't always had this problem.
-
Okay thanks will do. I try doing what I can, I give my baby 1 supplement feeding per day and I make sure to take vitamins daily. Her pediatrician is pleased with her growth and health so I'm hoping it doesn't negatively impact her.

Milk supply is really good. I take vitamins to try to make up for what I might be missing, and I have used fenugreek

Hey, my maiden name is Knight lol. I only do 1 hr vigorous exercise two times a week and 20 minutes on all other days. Apart from not using a food scale, I do everything else that I can to maintain accuracy

I definitely understand and agree. But to everyone telling me this, I already realize this truth, but assuming my calculations are about right it is difficult for me. I can't really eat when I feel nauseous or full. I'll follow these tips and I'll have to talk to my doctor about this issue. Im currently trying to tone, so…
-
Okay I will try that. Thank you I appreciate it!
-
I have only been using math and measuring cups, but if that isn't reliable I will definitely try a good scale. I know it isn't healthy or okay, but I can't always eat more. I haven't talked to my doctor yet about it

I filled up at Wendy's with a large chili and side garden salad with pomegranate vinaigrette dressing.. Only 335 calories
-
If that ain't the truth lol I can't get my numbers to budge anymore! Great job guys ☺️

Let's see... I was pregnant so about 25 lbs? lol
-
I'm only eating 1200 and initially I did experience a huge blow in milk production, but I was also only 5 weeks or so postpartum so my milk was still regulating. I started taking fenugreek and problem solved for me. I'm more concerned about whether our bodies' "starvation modes" kick in if you only eat 1200 per day.
-
I'm 5'2" currently 129 and my goal is 115
-
I'm a mother of 2, my youngest just 8 weeks old. I want to actually be toned for once, and I promised my husband that I will always and forever be a hot mama!
-
I agree! I read that 1oz=20cals so maybe log it manually?
-
I was wondering about this, I'm only eating 1200 a day and sometimes less
-
Nursing here too! Had my baby girl Feb. 23rd and I've lost my baby weight plus some, but I have a goal of 115 so I have 14 more pounds to go. The more support the better!

Hi I am 8 weeks post partum. I have lost all my baby weight and managed to lose almost an extra 10 lbs. I still have 14 to get to my goal of 115 lbs :) definitely do-able! It gets harder as I go to lose more, so I love having support/supporting others.

Thanks! I do as much as I can! Still on maternity leave so I try my hardest not to stay in the house on my butt all day.
