I wanted to do Insanity if I can find some time for it in the evenings! Do you know if the Insanity Max 30 is similar workouts to Insanity just shortened or is it a whole other type of workout? I love t25 and Shaun T so much I would love to do it again, just wanna stay benefiting from it! Thank you!!
