  • I did a quick 5k warm-up on my new exercise bike this morning. Looking forward to another 5k on foot later this afternoon. :-)
  • Can definitely be done in a small space. As long as you have room to lay down a yoga mat and a small amount of space on either side, you're good to go. :-)

  • It's a system developed by Chalene Johnson (of TurboFire and ChaLean Extreme fame) - Beachbody released it last year and it's a 60 day program incorporating pilates and yoga.   • So, first weigh in this morning and I lost 4.7lbs first week - down to 157.3lbs total. Really pleased with my first week's results. 15.3lbs left to lose - bring it on!
  • Start weight for yesterday (6th April) was 73.9kgs (162.5lbs) - target for 4th July is 65kgs (143lbs).

  • First day of the challenge and I'm ready to do this. Husband and I are already nearly half way through P90 and we're loving that. I'm also starting PiYo today, so I'm hoping between both programs, this will really help me on my way to losing that 20lbs by July. Planning on eating clean 80/20 during the process too.
  • Excited to take part in this challenge group. Will hopefully keep me on track in preparation for my trip to Greece in August - bring on the bikini!! :-)
