People began to notice after I lost 50 lbs. later around (75) I bought s few new scrubs that weren't hanging on me and that when I received the most dramatic responses!! AND…some people actually started to tell me I had lost enough and I should stop…smh! I was about 225 then! Geesh!

Ah yes, Dexilant (Prilosec and Nexium) is a good one, PPI's work really well, but because I'm almost 60 it's not a good choice for me :( (increases risk for bone fractures.)

Believe or not......I wear ped's under my socks! Works the same as two layer socks made especially for blisters. I bodygluide my blister prone spots if I'm going for a long run, fartleks or trail runs.
