I'm 5'5", 45 years old and am currently 141 lbs. With exercise, I eat between 1500-1600 calories a day and am losing about .5 lbs a week. You don't have to eat under 1000 calories to lose weight ime.

How many calories is all of this? Has this all been weighed on a food scale? What's your calorie goal? Do you plan on eating exactly like this every single day? I feel like I've seen this exact meal plan before. Have you already done this? Did you lose any weight?

Congrats on your weight loss. Just some random thoughts: I don't know why people associate "healthy" eating with weight loss? I don't even track my sugar, tho I'm sure I eat a lot of it and yet, I still lose weight. I work out only once a day for about 50-70 minutes because that's all I have time for. You don't HAVE to…

If you like it, drink it. If you think it's going to make you lose weight faster, that I seriously doubt.

I don't think it's really possible to do in a healthy, sustainable way but I'm sure you're going to try anyway. The only tip I'll give you is use a food scale to weigh/measure all food/drinks. Just curious, what exercises are you doing that burns 1000 cals in an hour?

It's not a favorite of mine. I seriously doubt that it helps anyone lose weight faster. Just some more weight loss woo to fool people.

People telling me that I have to eat "clean" in order to lose weight. People telling me that I have a high metabolism, that's why I've always been slim.

There's a lot of bs on the internet, including the coconut oil/green tea combo. It sounds gross too.

I don't even track my sugar. As long as you're under your calorie goal you should be ok, unless a dr told you to watch/track your sugar because of a medical issue.

I exercise at home, what keeps me motivated? Honestly, look so much better naked. That's what gets me up at 5 am to go down in my basement and do my thang!
