There are tons of videos on youtube where dumbbells are used. Check out fitness blender and hasfit to start with. Once you become more comfortable you could look into more strength training programs like strong lifts or strong curves, etc.

Good to see this flowchart is still around! OP - check out the flow chart for help its very helpful imo.

It happens, it doesn't even bother me anymore since I already know it's going to happen and after my totm is over my weight goes back down.

Annnnd..we have some more "tough Love" type posts. Empathy people, empathy!! I see a lot of "empathy" here in this thread. And good advice.
-
Well, that's a negative attitude. You should be proud of ANY progress you've made.

Weight loss isn't linear. You should find that post and read it.

No, there have been times where I took a week or 2 off. There have been days where I ate like a horse, way over my calorie goal. There have been days where I just didn't feel like working out and there have been days where I didn't work out at all. When I have those types of days, I just roll with it for a day or 2 but…

Eating dinner late doesn't hinder weight loss. I usually eat dinner after 7:30 pm and have had no problem losing weight. Tips - I suggest the recipes forum here. People usually post food ideas.

I would suggest taking pictures for comparison and not put too much stock into wondering when people will notice and or comment on your weight loss. Some people, like me for instance, I don't say anything when a person is losing weight. If no one notices or says anything, will that stop your motivation?

I'd dump the meal plan too, try to lean out as much as I could while lifting weights.

I eat more than that but I do find this subreddit so interesting. They post a lot of their 1200 calorie day meals here: https://www.reddit.com/r/1200isplenty/

Why do you think your body is in shock?!?! Because you weigh more in the evening after eating food all day? You do know that's normal right?

LOL I wrote it like I'm talking to myself. It's not you, it's me :D

From a quick glance at your diary I would suggest using a food scale instead of cups, teaspoons, etc.
-
What you think starvation mode is doesn't exist.
-
Why do you think you're doing something wrong? Also need more info from you like height, weight, age, sex, have you lost any weight, how long have you been at this, etc.
-
All of the foods really. But if you're looking for more ideas try the recipes forum.

I would eat as I normally I would and try to do better tomorrow. Having 1 bad day shouldn't hinder your long term effort.

It's more about how much you're eating than what you're eating. http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1161603/so-you-want-a-nice-stomach/p1

You don't have to eat under 1200 calories to lose weight. Plenty of people here have lost weight eating way over 1200 calories. As far as losing weight without calorie counting, I think at first and if you have a lot to lose it MIGHT be doable but it will probably take you a while figuring out how much you can eat and…

I don't think it's just from having babies. There are lots of women who haven't had kids yet that have this issue.

Never heard of them and I'm skeptical of all diet plans and books.
