I am 5'2 and 190 I want to get to 125 so it says to eat 1200 but I just can't eat that much I am eating when I am not hungry to try to get my calories and I only used to just eat dinner that is the only time I am hungry should I just keep forcing myself to eat more?

If you are 5'2" and 190 you've been eating more for a long time.
Maybe you are daunted by new more nutrient & fiber dense choices. If that is so, ramp up your calorie intake by 100 calorie increments until you are comfortable with these new foods at your calorie goal range.
Also check your logging. Many people who claim to be completely satiated at or under 1200 calories are actually eating more than that and not logging carefully!0 -
I am having the same problem. I used to only eat one meal per day (dinner) very late and snack on junk during the day or eat nothing at all. Recently diagnosed with thyroid condition and given meds. Started this diet at 1250 calories a day and I constantly come in 300 or 400 short! I am not hungry so I don't eat. But it does worry me that I'm not getting enough food. Wondering if I should force feed myself. I have lost a steady 1 pound per week.0

You've not had that problem in the past so it shouldn't really be a problem now.
Check your logging is accurate. All solids are weighed to the gram, liquids measured correctly and correct database entries chosen that match up with package data.
If you're struggling to consume a safe number of calories then choose some calorie dense foods. It doesn't take a lot of nutbutter to bump a few hundred calories in.0 -
It's fear it's all in your head it's called having lack of control if you start eating you can't stop as said your 190lbs you didn't get there not over eating needed calories
Tbh 1200 is too low it's universal mfp setting go to
Healthyeater.com calorie calculator input honest info it will give you your right calories
Look back to what you ate before it would if easily been 3 times what you are now calories wise
Chocolate drinks crisp biscuits cakes bread sugary cereal etc0 -
Be sure you are counting correctly. 1200 is not a lot of calories.

you didnt get to 190 pounds by not eating.
more than likely, you are eating more than you think you are.0 -
It easy to add calories by adding fats: whole yogurt, full fat salad dressing, nuts, peanut better, bacon, avocados.0

A List of Calorie Dense Foods
If you only like eating one meal, could you try adding more calorie-dense food to dinner? Adding some oil/cheese to meat and vegetables is an easy way to add at least 200 calories (as with adding more starchy foods, olives, nuts, fattier cuts of meat, full-fat dairy, etc).0
