Being Accurate Of Losing Weight Every Week

When one week I can lose weight then come next week seems much more challenging. Like every week that goes by it gets harder!!!

As you lose weight, your body will use less energy overall, and you will also have less fat to burn, so the loss will be slower, not necessarily harder - but if you expect the loss rate to be constant, it will be very hard; you would need to constantly lower your intake to have the same amount of loss. Adjust your expectations, be patient, and you will succeed.0

It's definitely a yes and awww type of thing. You might lose 2 pounds one week and nothing the next. It's certainly not linear.0
