That's so awesome!!! I was at a party today and felt the same way-- but fruit is a godsend for the sweet tooth! Watermelon and strawberries are my go tos. I'm so happy you've made it this far :blush: how are you feeling? I've noticed I feel better every day without sugar:)

I weigh in every morning but only record once a week. The weigh-in keeps me going with my diet (a reminder to keep going) and if I only track once a week I have encouraging, steady downward progress. (Hit a healthy bmi this morning! Wooooot!)

I dropped 2 sizes after 15 pounds. Started lifting weights seriously and dropped five pounds and another pants size. Squats make you drop sizes faster!!

Not sure if this helps but my dad gets a lot of secondhand weights from friends and Craigslist so he basically has his own custom gym in our garage. He gets a bunch of cheap stuff and it saves the cost of going to the gym, (its saved him a bunch of money on gym memberships) plus the social anxiety of people watching you…
