May be too late, but I have one of these and end up pouring it into a glass as when it's full I dribble more than drink, just becuase of the weight and width of the bottle, but maybe I'm just a wimp :smiley:

Always set your scale on a hard surface, I find using a scale on a soft surface (even with carpet feet) doesn't provide a constant reading. I use a piece of hardboard a little bigger than my scales and 1 inch thick, then put my scales on and weigh, I can literally move them anywhere level and get the same read out each…

I am so with you on this, especially this morning! I need to lose a lot of weight, I'm currently 372lbs, I have tried WW, Slimming World (I'm in the UK), CICO, looked into Keto and nearly every plan I see where some has had success. I know in my heart that for me at my current weight, any one of these plans would work for…

So I'm with WW right now but my losses are disappointing so I am looking with interest at this thread, with MFP does everyone weigh their vegetables and salad? Basically do you weight every single morsel that goes past your lips?
