I have much much more to go, but I have lost 46 total since July 2017. Can’t wait to get much farther in my journey, but this is progress so far. Started at 342 lbs.43 -

Please tell me exactly what you've been doing...What was your calorie allowance....Great job!!!
I finally posted some pics. I cut calories to 1500-1600 a day, mostly eating what I want in that limit, try to have one meal a day with no carbs (usually steak or chicken with a healthy vegetable), I also walk more than I did before I started, 3-4 days a week maybe 15 minutes.3 -
I stopped weighing after 265lbs. Not sure how close 300lbs got, but 4x clothes were getting tight! Am now hanging between 115 and 120, which is fine for being 5'2.5", but I want more muscle so my weight will go back up a bit.
Sorry for no embeded photo. Photobucket broke all my pics.

Wow! I’m totally amazed and inspired by you ladies! I’m personally a work in progress, lost 75 pounds 3 years ago, then managed to gain it all back. This time I’m doing it for the last time. Here are my photos... at my heaviest weighing 350 pounds and now, weighing 323 pounds. My goal is 150 pounds so still a long way to go.

Thanks so much everyone for sharing! I needed this so much. You all look so healthy and happy. I started tracking food and counting calories on January 4th at 414 lbs. and woke up this morning with a growling stomach and a bad attitude. This is the encouragement I needed. I have lost 13.5 lbs and hope to be under 400lbs tomorrow. I'll keep checking this thread and looking forward to when I have a success story to post! My mini goal is to fit into the theater seats at my daughter's dance recital on June 2nd. Thanks for the motivation boost!37

@kwiris0328 You can do this. I know it's tough because it seems like a long haul, but the time is going to pass anyway so we might as well put it to good use, right? Mini goals are a great way to break up the time, and you've picked a super one. But if it doesn't quite work out as you planned, it's all good as long as you've kept working on yourself.
An attitude of gratitude can carry us a long way. I know for my very negative self, feeling resentful of workouts and low cals makes the job that much harder and the plan more difficult to stick to. My mantra was, "I love the way I eat now," and I kept saying it until it was true. LOL (Well, most days it is. I still get grouchy and jealous of other people's food at times, and I notice that it tends to herald a binge/compulsive eating. Amazing how much power our thoughts and feelings have!)8 -
This one, I'm about 280. After this I joined Weight Watchers and lost 70 pounds on Flex Points. Dropped out due to mental illness, and ended up at 307.
These two were at my highest weight of 307
On my birthday in early December at 250 (I started MFP on December 30, 2016. Over the course of last year I dieted for about six months, and ate at maintanence for the other six)
Friday. Still at 250. I am just returning. I'd like to lose another 50 pounds this year.

I started at 378 Lbs on Jan 2 2016. Now I am 220 Lbs down and 159 Lbs. I still have about 40 Lbs to go but I will get there. It doesn't matter how long it takes as long as I arrive at my destination.
This one is me in December 2015
Me at 196
This is me at 165 Lbs
This is me and a friend when we hiked to the Summit of Mt. Diablo which is 3850 Ft. This was October 28, 2017. 15 Miles round trip which I am very proud of accomplishing. This was one of the things that I wanted to do before the start of winter. I did it!
This is on a hike in November at 159 Lbs.
The weight is coming off a lot slower now and I've lost a little motivation now that I am feeling better and looking better but I will get to my goal whatever that ends up being. To me, when I'm completely happy and satisfied, I will stop the weight loss.
Thanks
Tina Marie
