Echoing others by saying you can eat whatever you want and lose weight as long as you're at a calorie deficit :) however, whole grain pastas and rice keeps you fuller for longer.

On most days my sodium runs between 1500-2000 but I've seen days where I've consumed in excess of 2800. My blood pressure is a little low but still in the normal range.

It depends on your goals. If it were MY choice I would most try to avoid going over in carbs

How many calories do you eat? When I don't eat enough I feel drowsy and have no energy. Also, if you eat a lot of fruit you'll get an energy spike but it does not last, make sure you're eating good complex carbs.

Muscle Feast whey protein isolate is the best in my opinion. There are no fillers or artificial flavors/colors just pure protein and natural flavors if you get the flavored powder. Getting protein from whole foods is probably better but it's really hard to get the amount of protein you need to build muscle from just food.…
