On TDEE method, if I had to go over, which should I try to be cautious not to, fats, protein, or carbs?

It's unlikely you're going to be hitting them perfectly every day. Getting within a few grams should suffice.0

It depends on your goals. If it were MY choice I would most try to avoid going over in carbs0

It doesn't matter...it's going over calories that you have to worry about....0

For weight loss, calorie deficit is what matters. It doesn't matter which macros you go over, but try to notice which foods are the most satiating to you and what their predominant macro is (it's different for different people), then you can look into basing your food choices on that macro, so that you are more likely to have success eating at a deficit without feeling hungry- very important for long term compliance. For me, carbs don't fill me up and make me hungry so I overeat. My predominant macro is fat, but like I said, it is individual.0
