For people having a hard time wearing things on your wrist, how about your ankle? The watch part of my Fitbit pops out, so I can put it in my sock. I normally only do this around the house because I wouldn't want to lose it in the big world. Just an idea.

PW: 160 CW: 157.5 I did everything "right" last week, but I was stuck at 159 for 4 days. This morning was the drop. 😊 Go team, go! Consistent small efforts add up over time!

Folks, I can't tell you the last time I woke up on Monday losing even 1/2lb. I love my Sunday & Monday nacho mix & tortilla chips. I counted my chips yesterday which is soooo boring, but it worked. 😊

Up to 163 from 161. Does that become a new start weight? I begin logging MFP today. I need to stop eating my workout calories & snacking. I've done this before, & I can do it again. I have the knowledge, but I need to obey.
