I don't have any advice, but I can tell you that you are not alone. At age 50, I have to figure 3-4 weeks to lose a pound. Sounds like you are doing the right things, just hang in there!

My event just passed with a great trip two weeks ago. I was pretty successful in reaching my goals and now I have to keep motivated without that trip to look forward to. I do feel better and more confident, so I plan to keep up tracking and my workout program for good health overall!

Although you cannot spot reduce, Pilates has helped me tone my core and especially my lowers abs. It's a great workout!

I've been doing Pilates for over a year. At first, it was difficult and I needed to practice at home to get some of the moves. Now, I am much stronger and moves are still challenging, but not intimidating like in the beginning. I'm amazed at the difference in my body and my core strength. I love it!

I make a big batch of steel cut oatmeal in the crock pot and freeze in single servings. I eat them most weekdays with flax seed and 1 Tbsp. peanut butter and a little almond milk. Sometimes I make it with almonds and dried cherries instead. Convenient and delicious!

I've lost the same 20 pounds about three times. I get frustrated that it takes two months to lose 10 pounds, but two days to gain 4. :( I'm keeping with it and recommitting to measuring and tracking accurately.

My daily goal is 1230. I've been doing well for a couple months, but I still want to lose another 10 pounds and I'm losing some motivation. I'd love share ideas with people in the same boat.

No loss this week, but I feel good about this week ahead. I think sometimes my body needs some extra convincing to let go of those pounds! :)

I did lose a pound this week, but I'm feeling less motivated. I'm planning meals ahead to stay on track, hoping not to backslide.

No loss this week, but I had a great NSV. Someone noticed and commented on my weight loss and complimented me on looking good. That's encouraging even when the scale is not cooperating. :)

I started wearing the Enell brand for running when I was nursing 14 years ago and I've stayed with it. I've tried others, but always go back.

Today, I found a brownie batter hummus by a company called Delighted by. It was delicious on a crispy toasted whole wheat English muffin and only 80 calories for 2 Tblsp. I'd never heard of "dessert" hummus before. It was a great treat!

Good news, I lost two pounds this week. This weekend, my dear friends whisked me away for a girls trip to celebrate my upcoming birthday. It was a great weekend and I ate pretty well. However, I did not record my drinks- beer, tequila, martinis-EEK. Oh well, you only turn 50 once! I'll get back on track and see what…

Glad to see people's successes! I lost my pound this week and tried a new yoga burn class. We had family visiting and lots of food and celebration, but I planned ahead and did pretty well avoiding too many bad decisions. So far, so good!

Starting 9 pound in 9 weeks today! Today is my prep day. I'll be making some great salads to keep me on track through the week. 9 pounds in 9 weeks sounds great! I am working on losing this 20 pounds for probably the third time. I will turn 50 in October and have a trip coming up in March that I want to feel good for. I plan to work out 5 times per week, track everything and plan meals ahead to ward off temptations. Let's do it!

I will be 50 this year with two teenage boys. I'm working on losing the same 15-20 pounds for probably the third time. I have a trip in March and I want to feel good in a swimsuit. I'd love to connect for tips and motivation!
