Well 1 lb of fat has about 4k calories in it. You need to lose 1 lb a day to reach your goal. So you would have to eat nothing but water and still burn 2k calories or more a day. That's like a marathon (26m) or better daily. I would recommend focusing on getting better each day instead of instant gratification.
