In a healthy and sustainable way? No. But you could do it properly and still lose a good amount of weight and set yourself up for better success.

What? No, that isn't possible. That would be a pound a day!
You can safely lose 1-2 lbs a week, a little more at the beginning if you have more to lose. Plug your stats into MFP and eat the calories alotted, being sure to weigh and measure all your food.
  • Well 1 lb of fat has about 4k calories in it. You need to lose 1 lb a day to reach your goal. So you would have to eat nothing but water and still burn 2k calories or more a day. That's like a marathon (26m) or better daily. I would recommend focusing on getting better each day instead of instant gratification.

Completely out of the realm of possibility!
Anyhow, I guessed your starting weight at 230, your height at 5' 6". Even if you ate NO calories at all, as in didn't eat at all (you would die attempting this due to electrolyte imbalances before you starved) AND added an hour of exercise 5 days a week, you still couldn't lose 90 lbs in three months. The most you could lose if you survived this hypothetical experiment is 60 lbs or so.

You COULD lose up to 39 lbs if you worked out 3-5 times a week and stuck to 1200 calories. But, I would expect around 28 lbs to be more likely.
