  • Ah right, thank you. Alas, I wasn't paying too much attention, so I have now eaten over my daily calorie allowance, as MFP was (incorrectly) recording me as having done 28,000 steps. Oh well!!!

  • I think it'll get easier! But I am eating a lot of protein. For lunch I'm eating a wrap with a whole tin of tuna (and lots of very low fat Mayo) and some chopped celery.
