Theres one thing I dont understand... I eat at 12pm I skip breakfast and I have a little dinner at 6. My BMI says 1200 calories. Because I cut out breakfast, is it not much to eat 1200 in only 2 meals?

Remember our bodies are not the same. So my BMI put me on 1200... So I go slightly under for 4 days then extremely under for 3 days. With 2 peotein, 1 carb or starch, 2 fruit, 2 vegetables for 4 days. I eat lunch and dinner only.

500 calories for 3 days they dont let me close... Then 1190 rest of the days. I never close my food diary.

I wouldnt call 1190 undereating. I call it fasting. And you only do it 3 days a week.

I'm also in the same boat. I used to weigh 111.1kg then on March the 1st I decided to do something about my weight. I started eating right and excersizing. So far I've lost 9kg but I don't look different. I'm gonna try what you guys suggested here. Thank you
