My 17 year old son plays volleyball too. Crazy schedule during school volleyball season - we’re never here at the same time for dinner. So I find the crockpot is getting used all the time. Tonight was crockpot butter chicken.

Morning Everyone, As part of my “get back to business” plan, I found my Fitbit (tucked away in a drawer) and put it back on. I had taken a break from the step challenge this month but man, was that ever a bad idea. Going to get back to it in October for sure!

I tend towards a Lazy Saturday but always wish afterwards that I had gotten things done. Sushi is my favourite food, although pizza is definitely up there. Back from vacation and ready to get down to it. Here are my steps from this week. Not what I had hoped, but rain and wildfire smoke, along with hours in the car, made walking/hiking difficult.
