Absolutely! Water retention is mostly because of dehydration. Point in case, I was just gone for a week and came back to a 6.2 gain. I was back two days, back to drinking my water, and bam! I'm back down 5.8 lbs and only off from my .4 lbs from when I left home. I keep a gallon pitcher in my fridge and drink out of that.…

Currently, I walk or interval (walk/jog) 3 to 4 miles a day. I have been in search of a gym because I need to start strength training, but also, winter weather will be arriving. I don't mind running in the rain, but snow and ice....not so much.

Hopefully my next weight will be about the same when I get beck next weekend, but I always seem to go up a little with water weight. Here we go!!
