Thanks Julianna, I really love trying new interval stuff and things to keep me interested, thank you for the link. This time 18 months ago I couldn't even run for 1 minute, then I did C25K and then HIIT and I have improved beyond my wildest expectations. I think I'm hooked now :-)

Just wanted to say good luck to you Michael :-) you can do this and there's already some good advice here. Also there are loads of apps you can download on your phone with mini exercises that you can do at home, I love these. :)

Pink I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I put myself on a 1200 cal a day diet with exercise at least 3 times a week as well as working 12 hour shifts and the weight wasn't coming off :-( I don't know if it's a medical thing or the food I was eating within those 1200 calories were just the wrong things to eat.

Just a quick update, I tried this yesterday using one scoop! And have to say it isn't for me at all and won't be using it again. Initially I felt a bit energetic but my whole body began to tingle and then I felt sick and a bit out of it. This lasted about 4 hours. It may be that I'm just sensitive to caffeine but not a…
