I am 5'4 and weigh 149lb, I would like to lose 24lb. I have set myself 1000 calories a day, maybe slightly more on exercise days. My question is, will this reduction be enough to see a decent weight loss in a reasonable amount of time? And points on this would be much appreciate

Hi I started the Cambridge Diet 2 wks ago and week 1 I lost 6lb and week 2 went a bit wrong due to family events etc. If anyone else doing it wants to be motivation for eachother then it would be great to go through it together :-)
