  • When I walk down my steps they don't creak as much! lol
  • @kshama2001 I weighed my food when I was following a diet before but that diet just make me sick. Now I basically eat the same thing for breakfast and for lunch everyday which is cereal for breakfast (sometimes whole wheat toast or oatmeal instead) and a turkey sandwich on whole wheat for lunch. Dinner is always different…
  • @meridianfaith I have similar shape so I understand what you're going through! I can't seem to get rid of my butt and thighs... :-(
  • @stinegulliksen Wow! You look great! You started around my weight and I only really care to get down to 160-170 for now. Would you mind adding me and giving me more information about what you did to lose all of that weight???
  • @kshama2001 Congrats on dropping on jean sizing! That's what I am aiming for. I am going on a cruise in June and really want to get rid of my problem areas (butt and thighs) so that I am comfortable on the cruise. Sadly though I have only lost 6 lbs overall and haven't seen any changes and I have been measuring too.
  • @rileyes No offense but that sounds nasty to me lol I am a VERY picky eater. Everyone thinks I am weird because of my food tastes. Up until a few months ago I never would even eat steak because I thought it was disgusting.
  • @rileyes I wish I could eat eggs for breakfast. I won't eat eggs unless they are hard boiled eggs though. Any other form of eggs make me gag
  • @quiksylver296 Nope not for me. I am lucky with bc only every 3 months.
  • @quiksylver296 I looked at the chart. I am not eating back the calories because I don't feel the need to. I am fine eating my breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner. I work out before dinner so when I get home I eat and relax then go to sleep. I used a food scale for a little while and have been using the same amounts of food…
  • I am still new to this but it has been about a week that it has stayed at the same weight. I thought whatever I burned after workout out stayed that way? Am I supposed to be eating more after I work out? Maybe I am doing it wrong... I thought it was good to have more remaining calories because when I do it tells me I…
  • @seltzermint555 everyone has different goals. I'm glad you lost the weight you wanted and your time frame was longer that's fine. BUT, losing the weight for this cruise is very important to ME. I don't see anything wrong with that. And as an update I started at 212 in mid January and today I am at 205.2. I did stop the…
  • @kommodevaran not punishing myself but I just know if I go over my recommended calories I should make up for it by exercising. Which I'm fine with. I just have gone much time with people telling me it's 100% what I eat and that I'm just fat. (Most of my family has no weight issues so they don't get it)
  • @callsitlikeiseeit I think I am going to try to eat dinners how I used to and start from there. I still might continue my meal plan for a little while. I am still at the point where I don't know if the meal plan made me lose the 6 pounds... or if it has been my exercising. I will admit to all of you that I don't exercise…
  • @GuitarJerry I wish I was able to think like you on this... But when I try to eat my lunch (usually grilled chicken breast with a carb and veggie) I have been gagging at the sight of it. A few nights ago I even got sick thinking about eating it for dinner!
  • @MamaFunky the issue I have with cooking is that I still live at home. With this being said, I don't get to choose everything that is bought and is in the fridge which makes cooking hard for me. My parents eat dinner without me because I work until 6 or sometimes 7 at night. They are not a fan of me making noise in the…
  • Thank you everyone. @peaceout_aly I like your idea of the stir fry. I didn't really think stir fry was that bad for you as long as you of course use healthier sauce and eat small amounts but this meal plan I'm on is so limited! :( I wish I could eat whatever but it doesn't seem to work for me. I've been spending time in…
