Today I had weet-bix with full cream milk then 2 eggs with bacon and cheese. Then biltong and drank a ensure shake to help gain weight then had chicken and butter nut and corn. I don't really eat bread or potatoes or rice no pastas do you think I should start eating more of those type of things?
