I hit the gym 6 days a week and it's upper/lower split. I don't do cardio. Lol

I've been doing IF over a year. I am at my goal weight, now just trying to get shredded! 😁

It's not easy. I am a stress eater Thankfully I have learned to not buy any junk food, that's the only way.

Happy New Year! I am starting over again. 4 months of eating crap and feeling like crap. Turning 40 this year and I want to be my best.

I use Mio Fit grape sometimes. I enjoy green tea cold with no sugar or sweetener

I always aim for my body weight or a little more. Protein shakes, chicken, sirloin burgers, there are so many foods you can eat to reach your goal.

It might still at least give her motivation to keep going. I never rely on a scale. that number is meaningless.

It takes time. If you can avoid processed foods, get plenty of veggies drink a ton of water and track your foods on here you will see a change. Cut carbs for a week or at least low carbs.

1/4 th of a cup is typically one serving. I measure everything. I am eating pumpkin seeds now and make 5 snack bags to take to work and I eat a bag ( 1 serving ).

I weight train 6 days a week (I hit the body parts twice a week) and Saturday is my "active" rest day. I typically do 500 jumping jacks. Lol

Egg whites only scrambled, and a little bit of ketchup. :p

That's how I felt when I first started tracking my foods. Cutting out processed foods helped drastically. I stay around 2300.

I'm 80/20. It works for me. I don't binge eat anymore when eating too "clean". I like cake, pizza, and spaghetti every now and again. Everything in moderation :D

I always take progress pics, not daily though. It's fun to see the changes for sure.
