I'm starting over today. I'm having some knee issues (most likely tendonitis), so I'm getting myself a couple of knee support wrap/brace things and getting back on it. Good luck!

I've had lots of issues with the discs too - T25, Slim in 6 and 21 Day Fix. I've gotten several of them replaced for free, but I wish they would just improve the quality.

Well, the knee is officially putting me on the sidelines, at least for a couple of days. I'm so pissed.

I despise pushups. Seriously. Anyway, I did TBC and Upper Fix today. Had to skip the "surrenders" because my right knee is being hateful; replaced them (very carefully) with squats. Going to put ice on the old knee now. Hope everyone is doing well!

I'm not doing great with the food - to be honest, I wanted to get moving again first, then I'll tackle the food issue. But I do love the workouts (except the burpees, of course).

Just finished pilates fix and cardio fix. I'm convinced I do the ugliest burpees ever witnessed. Oh, and I finally got up the nerve to weigh myself today - 168. I would love to lose at least 35 pounds, but I'm going to focus more on losing inches. Speaking of - I need to do my measurements. Night y'all.

Just finished Upper Fix AND Lower Fix (I missed my workout yesterday but I wanted to stay as close to "on-track" as possible. Time to clean the house now :/

I've done both and they are both great. I'm actually thinking about doing T25 again.
