There really isn't a break down. I just eat my fats before I workout and my carbs after my workout. Every body is different. What I do may not work for the next person. The body is all science. Lots of research and trying different things to find what works best for your body is what people really need to do.

Yup ! I eat small portions 6x a day. All lean meats except for my pre workout meal that has some fat in it. I keep my protein high all day and eat my carbs at specific times geared around my workouts.

IT IS TOTALLY POSSIBLE !! I never thought I would be able to do this ... Ever. But every day I woke up putting one foot in front of the other. And making one good decision after another and I did it. Girl is I can do it ANYONE can !! You got this !!
