I had to switch to pb2 and stop buying kraft peanut butter because I have so much trouble moderating it. Now I only buy it for long camping trips, where I am forced to moderate it because otherwise I will run out of food and starve.

I also have an insane sweet tooth. I agree with others when they say oats help. If I'm really craving something sweet but don't want to overindulge, I'll make this or a similar variation: -1/4 cup oats, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tbsp pb2, 1 tsp stevia, 1 tsp flax/chia and some water. I'll add another vote for oatmeal! For sweetness I usually add a banana, or cinnamon, or peanut butter/cocoa powder with a bit of stevia.

Not having any luck ordering any of these unfortunately. Rishi is unavailable in Canada and David's Tea won't ship to PO boxes in Canada. Any other suggestions?

Update - the Teavana white chocolate peppermint and both the yogi chocolate teas seem to be discontinued. I found the David's tea chocolate tea's though and will try them out :)

I'm on about 1200. I find if I stick to the 1200-1400, I go down to 125 pounds (goal), but if I'm averaging 1600-1800ish I tend to go up to 135(which is what I am now). 1200 is tough! I try to eat a lot of protein but sugar cravings sometimes get the best of me. My diary is open, add me :)
