Anyone have chocolate-flavoured tea they really like and would recommend to a chocoholic? I've tried two: -Bigelow Chocolate Chai -Stash Chocolate hazelnut They're okay but I want to try others. And they have to be orderable to Canada. Thanks!

Heart rate not getting high enough - need exercise suggestions
I recently got a smartwatch with the Veryfit2.0 app to measure my heart rate and it says it only goes up to 90-100 during workouts and stays in the "fat-burning zone" for only 10 minutes or so. I always see people posting about logging weekly instead of daily. Is there a way to set my diary to count the calories weekly? Or do I just keep track of it myself?

Coffee with a few added calories - help or hinder weight loss?
I've read that drinking coffee can suppress appetite, speed up metabolism, and give added energy during workouts, but obviously the calories that go into consuming it can potentially offset those advantages.
