Thanks guys. That's kind of what I was thinking...that the other insanity calculators were over-estimating. Means that when I've been logging it as "circuit training, general", it should be relatively accurate!

Thanks guys! I will definitely try the cinnamon trick and try to wean off sugar. I do add the calories to my food diary and it hasn't yet put me over but I've been debating whether its worth it.

The added-sugar pb grosses me out but the all-natural crunchy is amazing...I could eat half a jar in a sitting. Realized I can't buy it, no control around it!

For me its the amount of time plus my sweatiness and tiredness. The workout has to be at least 45 minutes and I need to feel like I've pushed myself to my max and got really sweaty. Otherwise, it just doesn't feel like I did enough.
