Are you trying to make it bigger or smaller? That is the question lol :). I do a LOT of butt workouts if you want to add me. Its all in my diary. Strength day I use to build, plyo/resistance day to tone. Either way, the moves will all hit the butt--> the key is: to make it smaller do lighter weight with lots of reps, to…

@jjsilcox96 Thanks for taking the time. Ive been doing the base for about 3 months. Squats, lunges. I added some diversity with the curtsy lunges, split squats, etc about 1.5 ago, and then about 3 weeks ago added the plyo/jumping moves. Ive steadily increased weight over the months. Started at 16lbs for…

You mentioned sitting at a desk all day. I do too and it makes it hard. Yes of course suggestion, find time for exercise before or after, it really sucks but I force it. But, also, try to do whatever you can at your desk. This can be as simple as lifting and holding your legs, butt squeezes, circles with your feet legs…

Hey everyone, thanks for all your advice. Im not too into training videos. I find it hard to follow and dont have space in my apartment to do home workouts. I havent really used any program hard, just taken bits and pieces from ones.. maybe it is something I should try. I just feel like I know better what I need (and a lot…

@LovelyIvy466 Not that I want to get into this debate - but the post only said ballet class twice a week, nothing about the rest of the sched. I have days where I go straight to classes from work too, hit the gym every night, 10 hr a day job, take the bus. I can still plan my weekly meal prep to have what I need. Its about…

I would 100% say, dont even eat those - pack your meal. Why eat stuff that you have to pick about with what to choose, when its all full of chemicals (hormones in the poorly treated meat, preservatives, carcinogens) anyway. You can eat better and save money by packing something. A spinach salad with nuts and cranberries, a…

Thanks for the advice everyone :( not all what I wanted to hear.. but good to think about and Id rather hear what I need to than what I want. Its just frustrating to be lifting so hard, making lift weight gains, 3 months 6 days a week on a good plan with cardio and rest, eating as clean as I can, and see so little result.…

Feel free to add me too. I wouldnt say I was ever anorexic, but in my teens I was very underweight.. (5'9" 100lbs). I find feeling 'strong' is a big help. Now wanting to be strong is more important and instead of looking at the scale, I worry more about growing muscle and increasing what I can lift. Im trying to start…

Hi, Im not sure how 'clean' I eat.. Im new to the idea (anyone who knows and can advise, pls look at my diary and send me tips!). I do try and eat healthy while enjoying my food. I came from a European home lots of meat and potatoes so the hardest thing for me was never feeling full on veg. So, I make all kinds of stir…

There are some awesome weight lifting ladies on youtube and instagram. Follow, and add in one or two moves to your routine here and there. Not a full swap so you loose your place, but one or two at a time so its easy to manage. Or, check out others on here workout routines.

Surprisingly, I kind of get what your saying. First, I agree with everyone here about finding some psych help.. it really is a great thing to do! Ive gone in an out most of my teen-early adult life, its always been a good experience. I dont require it anymore. So.. I was super picky growing up. I didnt even eat a bell…

I got to tired to read all of these so might have already been mentioned but my two biggest tips: 1. Stop drinking things you have to buy. Drink all water. You dont need to drink anything else. Maybe some cheap green tea bags and brew it then let it cool (with nothing added, no sugar) if you really need a treat sometimes.…

Change how our mind speaks to you. Lots of strategies if you google. When you mind says no I dont want to because... say to yourself on repeat "I want to because". Smile as you do it. Calm your mind, a small meditation, breathe deep think of your goals, inject belief in yourself, and then open your eyes refreshed. Also,…

Hi All, I love Kayla and follow her and supplement with her guides, but Im trying to add more mass (read: BUTT lol) through strength training so I dont follow her exactly. Would love more friends on here too! And, if you want to add some mass too Ive been working hard to learn my workouts for butt building, all is posted.…
