I also wanted to try this! The first day I fasted I felt great but then eventually started feeling a little sick. One thing I have kept though, is not eating 3-4 hours before bed. Some people say it doesn't matter as long as your within your calorie bank.. Idk I think it's made a difference!

I like to have a pre work out or a cup of black coffee...makes a biig difference for me!

A 30 minute at-home workout early in the am before work maybe? You'd also reap the benefits of extra energy during your day. I do T25, doesn't take long but great work out.

I love beach body's E&E!! But I've heard C4 is just as good :) post work out, I buy that huge bag of whey protein from SAMs club (vanilla) cause you blend anything in with it banana etc. and it tastes great

I like to make a big pot of coconut oil popcorn! Lightly salt or season however you like, Then portion it in baggies to grab on the go!

Greek yogurt swaps are my favorite! You can make chicken salad, ranch dressing and all sorts of things out of it. I also like to eat stirfry, you can eat a lot of it and it's really yummy and easy. Homemade vegetable soup is a staple for me too and is really easy to make.. Umm I could probably go on and on lol but I don't…

I was also 125 before baby! Lots my goal weight too. That was 4 years ago and I'm 160 now. So I gotta do something! This is my first time ever counting calories..
