  • I wouldn't recommend dieting until about month 5. This is MY OPINION. My milk did not regulate until about 4.5 months and I am a stay at home mom who fed on demand. Basically had a baby latched on 24/7! Other than that I have no help. Sorry. Good luck you will get there! :blush:

  • 'Good' carbs are good for you especially after a work out, brown rice and 100% whole wheat bread. Make sure the label says exactly that.
