  • If you're like me and can't really 'do' spirits then I think wine is best in terms of alcohol for your calories. Steer clear of creamy cocktails and most sweet ciders as they tend to be on the higher end of the scale (sadly).

  • If I am understanding you right you want the UP steps to go across to MFP and adjust your calories? Go to the settings link at the top right of the screen, then diary settings and check the box to enable negative adjustments.. then MFP will either raise or lower your cals based on your UP activity. :)
