I have several recipe books. It doesnt help that im picky as all hell lol I also beg to differ. Cooking looks and feels so complicated and at my age (25) I feel like a fool for never getting it and wish i was taught. It also doesnt help that people make fun of me for not knowing

I used to try to learn but failing and wasting food really turned me off from trying to cook. but you have just given me an idea of maybe just learning to make a meat and just toss a side of veggies

Yes i look for healthy low cal low ingredient foods.. I dont mind kale chips but i dont love them

I cant totally do that but i could leave my wallet in my car! That way i wont be able to order anything unless i ask the manager to allow me to go to my car

All i really love to eat is cookies, chicken alfredo and shrimp lmao.. My food is not that creative or tasty as i follow other peoples recipes and im picky. I can eat many things but liking the taste is a whole other thing maybe i need to tweek recepies more and combine things I can def eat healthier fast food too

Learn recipes of everything you crave. Make them yourself. Alter the ingredients. All the work to make these things may deter you but seeing how much goes into just trying to repliacate these bad foods. Then prepack half or 1/3 serving size of stuff. All this work eventually you wont bother trying to fit junk food into…
