I finished all three phases but did it half assed and honestly my diet wasn't the best so my results were not ideal. Stared alpha again today after getting my FT4 HRM and I am super motivated!

There's no right answer. Whenever is a good time for you. When I used to get home from work at 7pm, I would do it then. Now that I go in later but get home at 9pm, I wake up before work and do it.

YES! When I joined, I couldn't believe how much I was eating just by picking at things between meals. It was no wonder why I couldn't lose a single pound! haha! I definitely have slip ups here and there but it really does hold you accountable.

From what I understand a fitbit tracks how many steps you take and not calorie burn. I could be wrong though. I'd go with a HRM anyway. Also, how are you liking IM30? I'm in the last phase of T25 (Gamma) and I can't wait to try it once I'm done.

The biggest step is to realize that something needs to change. I commend you for that. Focus on the calories and tracking first BEFORE exercise. You'll lose weight just by staying in your daily calorie goal. I LOVVVVVE food too. And some days, I wander off track but the important thing is to realize that you are important…

I beg to differ. If it's high impact with no resting then it's a good workout. I've been doing the Focus T25 workouts and have had great results. It's 25 minutes with a 3 minute cool down.

I am crunched for time as well and I've found the T25 program has worked wonders for me. It's 25 minutes a day of constant movement, no breaks and gives the results of an hour long routine. It's amazing.
